All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. This is the time we need to prepare, quality-check, and pack your item(s) before they are handed to the courier.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may take slightly longer — we will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.
3. Shipping & Transit Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped, transit time is 5–8 business days, depending on your location and the courier's delivery network.

If your order arrives damaged, or if tracking shows delivery but you have not received your parcel, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the courier to locate your parcel or arrange a replacement/refund in line with our Refund Policy.

For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, your parcel may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Customs processing may also add to the estimated transit time.
